Demand for release of investigative report by Special Counsel Jack Smith re The United States of America v. Donald J Trump
Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith has not only the right, but the responsibility to submit a final report summarizing his investigative findings along with supporting evidence to the head of the United States Department of Justice, Attorney General Merrick Garland in the matter of The United States of America v. Donald J Trump, Case l:23-cr-00257-TSC
Once received from Special Counsel Smith, Attorney General Garland has an UNAMBIGUOUS duty to release this report, WITHOUT HESITATION, to the American people.
If not done immediately, Defendant Trump will ensure this information never sees the light of day and will likely destroy all evidence against him as soon as he assumes the office of the presidency.
We, the undersigned, DEMAND this be done, immediately.
