There have been many security issues at MAA Peachtree Hills that have affected the safety of residence. Examples of these issues:
- Apartment break ins
- Homeless sleeping in common areas
- Homeless man being aggressive towards residents
- Drug deals happening in front of buildings
- Mass car break ins
- Stolen licenses plates
- Uninvited individuals tailgating through the gates
The residents of MAA Peachtree Hills would like a permanent over night security guard working the hours of 10 pm to 6 am and additional cameras around the property for safety and security.
