MCHS new policies
Marshall County High School is currently enforcing safety concerns such as black mold in common areas, potential collapsing of the building, and potential expired school food. They have suspended someone due to a hat. They are allowing a risk of lice, they are not implementing the rules about phones being allowed in order to inform parents about certain situations such as transportation. They are also denying the availability to restrooms during lunches. Students are having to take their lunch to class and not being able to sit down. When students aren't allowed to go to the restroom during lunch they have been told we're not allowed to go due to the fact "we were supposed to go during lunch". As well as while the tech center is under construction there are classrooms with no ac during this heat. We are trying to get our voices out there but we desperately need help. Please sign!! We are doing this to have proof from students that all of this is happening.
Why is this important?
We need to make the school understand that yes, rules are there to keep us safe but with the safety hazards we're not safe.
