We are implementing a union to demand the following
Fair pay; consistent schedules; paid time off; a walkthrough of all sites to determine the level of officer to be working it prior to start; access to bathrooms at all sites; responsive human resources; free premium health insurance with an optional added family plan; uniform and equipment stipend; resources to properly maintain patrol vehicles; training opportunities; access to A/C controlled areas during shifts; a responsive branch supervisor; updated post orders and instructions at all sites; hazard pay; time and a half pay on all nationally recognized holidays; and lastly, the demotion of Manny Dominguez without pay decrease.
