Make Carter County Kentucky a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary County

Pass a resolution/ordinance declaring Carter County Kentucky a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary.

Why is this important?

The 2nd Amendment to our constitution is under attack even by our own State government. Declaration needs to be made we won't stand for it. the 2nd Amendment guarantees all the other parts of the Bill of Rights!
