Preserve vaccine choice for all Americans
Several bills have been introduced in state legislatures and now at the Federal level that would take away our right to choose what is injected into our body and our children's body. By signing this petition, you are sending a clear message to your lawmakers that we as humans, have the ultimate responsibility to research what medications we take, and what is ingested and injected into our body and have the right to decline any medical intervention, including vaccinations, without discrimination, denial of public or private education, employment, social services or government services. Preserve our right to informed consent and vaccine choice for yourself and all Americans.
Why is this important?
Vaccinations, like any medical intervention, carry with it potential benefits and risks. And like any medication or medical intervention, we as patients, and citizens, have the right to research this intervention, and weigh the risks and benefits of the procedure and decline it if we choose. This is the foundation of informed consent, to which the standard of medical care is held and to, which all people have the right. This right to informed consent and our ability to choose what medical procedure and interventions we and our children are subjected to is under attack at a state and national level. We need to send lawmakers a clear message that we will not consent to having our right to informed consent stripped away by any law that seeks to mandate vaccines in adults or children and/or seeks to deny the right to education, employment or government services to citizens based on vaccination status.
