Missouri's Delegation of the 113th U.S. Congress: Grow Up!Because you represent Missouri in Washington, we petition you to: 1) Meet as a joint delegation or state caucus and agree among yourselves to resurrect the notion of Missouri as a bellwether—at least insofar as concerns the present budgetary, fiscal, and economic crisis. 2) Call a press conference to hear the consensus of the people of Missouri, namely that the current situation is: a) Completely unacceptable; b) The fault of the House of Representatives because it did not conduct its business in a proper and timely manner; c) Wholly untenable and irresponsible as fiscal policy or an economic condition of any duration; and d) A situation that only all of Congress working jointly—NOT the President—can remedy. 3) Issue a call to action asking other state delegations to join you in similar statements. 4) Set a time and date within the next two days for a meeting of all representatives AND senators who wish to resolve the budgetary and debt ceiling problems; then, get it together and actually do the work for which we elect and pay you. 5) By Friday, October 4, 2013, you emerge from conference with a finished bipartisan, bicameral budget and full agreement to do away with all future debt ceiling limits—without penalizing the American people with further futile attempts to kill the duly enacted and constitutionally proven Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. For God's and the people's sake, act like statesmen, not the mewling adolescents you have been!426 of 500 SignaturesCreated by Steven M. Smith

Why the Buffet Rule did not Pass10 Reasons why the Buffet Rule Did NOT Pass : 1) Republicans are siding with the Rich and Corporations. 2) Wealthiest people in America are becoming even wealthier 3) Their tax rates are the lowest in decades 4) Buffet reminds us the 1% pay lower tax rates than cops, teachers, nurses 5) Since most of them pay 14.8% or nothing at all, the Gov’t is losing a huge amount of revenue that can be used to create infra structure jobs, green energy jobs and stop the middle class cuts! 6) So the Repubs want to cut Food stamps, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security instead. This is a backward set of priorities!! 7) Under Bush’s 8 year term, tax breaks were given to the 1% and 500,000 private sector jobs were lost. Upon his leaving office, he left the country on the verge of financial collapse. 8) It should be obvious to us that this Theory does not work! 9) 70% of Americans favor the Buffet Rule. The top 400 wealthiest people own more than the bottom half of America ( 150 million ). 10) This is not what Americans want. We can not expect a “Fair Share Tax Reform” to come out of DC unless we demand this bill does pass into law. WE NEED TO MAKE THIS BILL PASS… Please pass it on!5 of 100 SignaturesCreated by LD

Independent Review of Municipal ElectionWhen people come to the polls to vote and find their freedom to vote hampered, the integrity of the election comes into question. On April 3, 2012, in Anchorage, Alaska, an election was held. Many irregularities occurred. Following are some of the irregularities that occurred during that election: 1. Highly unusual turn-out numbers, including six times the usual questioned ballots. 2. Polls running out of ballots with workers telling the people to go to other polling places. (People were unable to vote even after, in some cases, making stops at three and four polling places. The law requires the city to print enough ballots for 70 percent of registered voters. The actual turnout was in the vicinity of 27 percent. So why were tens of thousands of ballots not delivered to the polling places where needed?) 3. Voters voting on sample and Xeroxed ballots. 4. An activist sending out multiple newsletters incorrectly informing recipients that they are allowed to register and vote the same day, having been told that by a municipal employee. 5. Elections workers being employed by ESS, a private company, subsidiary of Compass Global. As Americans, it is our responsibility to hold our leaders accountable. We do that by voting. In the end, that's the only way we can hope to ensure the legitimacy of the government that represents us. We, therefore, petition for a thorough, independent audit of the Anchorage elections of Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012.997 of 1,000 SignaturesCreated by Hal Gazaway

Eliminate Capitalistic-Military RegimeWE THE undersigned PEOPLE are disappointed in the way we are governed with the following being some of the reasons. 1) What originated as a Democratic Republic, has turned into a Capitalistic-Military Regime. 2) All three branches of the leadership are bought by Wall Street bankers and corporations. 3) All governing personnel have sold themselves to the Industrial-Military-Complex with the intent of eliminating the sovereignty of all nations, including the USA, to allow it to use USA's nuclear arsenal to control the world by force, eliminating all the "Unalienable Rights" endowed to every life on this planet in doing so. 4) Although all public officials have taken an oath to protect the Constitution none of the three branches honor their own oath ensuring Justice for all the people and not an elite group. 5) The laws made by congress are all made to promote some form of financial gain to corporations while taking from We The People in general. Therefore we DEMAND, by the authority of Amendment 10, the removal of the president and congress to be replaced by a government "Of The People, For The People and By The People" for the purpose of preventing the Industrial-Military-Complex from making the whole world a "Sweat Shop" serving the rich as their slaves. Being removed from office due to TREASON they receives no RETIREMENT COMPENSATION rather than the death penalty except the executing presidents, Gorge W. Bush and Barack H, Obama, who will spend the rest of their lives on Death Row.39 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Elijah A. Alexander, Jr.

Prevent the rushed implementation of Voter ID laws in KansasWe the people of the state of Kansas call upon our legislators and the governor to temporarily roll back the Secure and Fair Elections (SAFE) Law until further reviews are completed to assess the effectiveness, functionality, and legality of the proposed election reforms. Implementation of the law should be put on hiatus until the following tasks are completed: 1. An audit of all Kansas Department of Motor Vehicle offices to assess their readiness to supply a reasonable amount of free voting ID cards to the voters of Kansas. 2. A review by Attorney General Eric Holder to test the constitutionality of SAFE’s stipulation that the State of Kansas has the right to create barriers to voting. 3. A further review by the Federal Department of Justice to determine whether or not such barriers, if constitutional, are reasonable given only one case of voter fraud has reached conviction in the last 16 Kansas elections (with over 10 million votes cast). 4. An audit of the Department of State’s use of the over $60,000 designated to implement the law and provide temporary voting IDs. 5. An inquest by the Governmental Ethics Commission into the nature and involvement of corporate lobbyists and the American Legislative Exchange Council’s monetary or other support for SAFE. 6. A transparent report made available to the public regarding the results of these investigations. The document should be exhaustive and free of any redactions. We, the people of Kansas, stand resolved to protect our constitutional rights to free and fair elections.3,662 of 4,000 SignaturesCreated by Charles J. Schoch
