These LOCKS must be included in all gun sales with combination number or fingerprint id incorporated into design. After market Clam locks must be provided by law with the sale or transfer of any firearm. All firearms should come with a secure lock as described herein. All responsible gun owners with existing guns must have this type of indestructible LOCK for each gun they own and store in a residential property for the safety of the family and the prevention of misuse, abuse, theft or lost from hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and any other natural disaster. LOCKED in the event of death of the owner or hospitalization of the owner from any illness, injury,disease, cancer, coma, mental disability that requires the owner to be in special care away from home. According to the National Interagency Coordination Center, there are 7 uncontained and 3 new wildfires on public lands on May 31, 2014. The Government must act now to accomplish: 1) Stopping any industrial activities in the forests that contribute to wildfire danger. 2) Clearing of excess fuel: underbrush and ladder brush 3) Creating fire lines with environmentally friendly mechanical mulches 4) Instituting fire safety education and inspections in communities located in potential wildfire areas. By building stables in the park, the horses can enjoy the safety of the park and the people can enjoy the carriage rides within beautiful Central Park. The stables can also provide a wonderful place for children to see the horses and learn about their care. There could be pony rides too !!
