With a Term Limits Convention, we can set forth a new standard for those who would like to spend their entire careers in the Congress, and for that matter, the Supreme Court.  If we limited service to two or even three terms for Senators and Representatives, perhaps they would work harder for us than they seem to.  It would also give others a chance to serve us, with perhaps new and fresh ideas.  The Term Limits Convention should also decide that there should be term limits for the Supreme Court.  No person elected or appointed should have that appointment for life.  We need to stop politicians from using “Public Service” as “Self-Service”. Under Article V of the Constitution, state legislatures may create a convention to enact a constitutional amendment to enact term limits. It requires 34 state legislatures to pass a resolution requiring this, and we are asking you to have California do its part. The legislatures of Florida, Alabama, Missouri and West Virginia have already passed legislation for this, and we urge you to do the same.

With all the corruption involved in this case, by the court and other law officials, combined with the lack of evidence against Desmond and Jesse Rouse, Garfield Feather and Russell Hubbeling, there is NO LEGAL REASON these 4 men should have been imprisoned in the first place, much less STILL be there! This whole sordid mess is yet another display of the racism and hatred that exists toward the Native American people. It's thoroughly and totally DISGUSTING and each of you who have the authority to reverse their sentence needs to do so NOW! How absurd to still be in prison when they shouldn't have been sent there at all~ If you dislike or object to my using the word "corruption" in reference to those officials involved in this lunacy, do something about it!!!! This is a petition that calls for 1) investigations to be made by the Office of Special Counsel, which investigates Hatch Act violations, and the Office of Government Ethics to examine James Comey’s actions in the 2016 Presidential election. 2) It also calls for a Congressional investigation into the unprecedented attempts by a foreign government (Russia) to interfere with and influence our election process. These gross irregularities of the election must be challenged and investigated in order to ensure that fair elections take place for any candidate.

Your company states that it does not currently use any genetically engineered fruits or vegetables. But until now that's been easy because there weren't any staple GMO fruits or vegetables, like apples, on the market. We thank Gerber for making a commitment in the past to avoid genetically engineered fruits and vegetables, and we ask you now, as the country’s largest baby food maker, to make a firm commitment to never use GMO apples in your company’s baby food.
