USDA : ASPCA VIOLATES DOG BREEDERS RIGHTS

I am signing this petition to ask that you support the requests of the thousands of citizens who have asked that the justice department enforce the ANIMAL ENTERPRISE TERRORISM ACT against THE AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS, which has launched a nationwide campaign that unlawfully, and with premeditation, interferes with the operation of an "ANIMAL ENTERPRISE." Such enforcement action will be consistent with the congressional testimony on May 18th, 2004 By Mr. John Lewis, Deputy Assistant Director, Counterterrorism Division, FBI, who urged congress to expand the coverage of the AETA, which Congress did, and the President signed the Amended AETA on November 26, 2006

Why is this important?

If the USDA and ASPCA are allowed to continue with their ANTI-BREEDER legislation we will be faced with a country where every puppy is born and raised in a puppy mill unloved and treated as cattle. Small hobby breeders and show breeders work to preserve ancient bloodlines, spend tons of money, shed blood sweat and tears to not only provide someone with a happy and loving pet they also further the One of Our Nations Oldest Sporting Events. Please I urge you to sign my petition and stand up and be counted it's not to late to protect our rights and the rights of those who can not speak for themselves.
