Why is this important?
I would like to start a recreation center in the Salton City area because of lack of activities for teens/children to do while not in school.
3dreamnet Center will involve drug and alcohol counseling, which will be entwined with the activities. Such as.....weights, social room, movie room, and a game room. Said activities will give the counselor a basic characteristic of the teen. (Counseling not mandatory)
