A Better Sound For SAE
SAE is a representative institution of sound and technology. While the Chicago institution facilitates a progressive environment for students and peers alike, the resources such as audio recording equipment fail to be up to date with modern technology effecting the quality, efficiency and performance of aspiring creatives. If the facility was equipped with better microphones and sound equipment the progress in which students would make has the potential to be revolutionary. Better quality microphones help students such as myself apply the skills taught in our instructional courses. The students as a collective pay a significant amount of money for the educational and operational resources offered at the institution and the microphones currently provided for the students discretion are insufficient in their ability to properly distribute sound and/or are worn down from years of use. We as a student body are demanding adequate, quality, up-to-date microphones and sound equipment for recording and educational purposes.
Why is this important?
Other people will join me in my rally for adequate recording equipment because it affects the entire demographic as a whole. Without the proper tools for our filed of study, SAE institute fails to ensure students a progressive lineage after their departure from the program.
