The overturning of Roe vs Wade violates the religious freedom of Judaism. Judaism permits abortions as the health of the Mother supersedes a fetus. This decision is solely based on Christian beliefs and violates the constitutional right of freedom of religion.
Why is this important?
The SCOTUS not only took away the rights of women to make their own healthcare decision, they also violated the constitution which states freedom of religion. We are not a Christian nation, but a nation of all diverse religious beliefs.
