My Absentee Ballots was postmarked on September the 28th, 2012, I received a notification that the Cherokee County Elections received it on November 26th, 2012. It was therefore rejected. They never returned it to me so I don't know if they opened it and saw my vote for President Obama and with held it or what actually happened.
Are there other people who experienced this issue?
