Addressing infringements on Constitutional rights By New Mexico Legislators

Remove from office any legislator up to and including the Governor of the state of New Mexico who votes in the legislative process to violate their oath of office by voting to restrict law abiding citizens of the State of New Mexico their rights as enumerated in the bill of rights of the Constitution of the United States. Those rights include the Second Amendment as bound over on the state by Supreme court rulings such as McDonald vs Chicago, and the Heller Decision guaranteeing those rights as individual and inalienable rights.

Why is this important?

The majority of the people of the state of New Mexico did not send their legislators to Santa Fe to pass bills which are an infringement of their civil rights. Specifically the infringements being considered on the right to bear arms as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States, in the Second Amendment as bound over on the sates by rulings of the Supreme court such as McDonald Vs Chicago, and the Heller decision.
