AIPAC: Stand Up for Two States
This week, Bibi Netanyahu tried to make it impossible for the Palestinian people to have a state of their own.
Netanyahu authorized 3000 new settlements in the Occupied Territories east of Jerusalem to retaliate against Palestinians’ attempt to gain non-member statehood at the United Nations.
Scholars and experts from across the political spectrum have said Netanyahu’s plan would “put the nail in the coffin for the two state solution.”
If you care about the future of Palestine, or the future of Israeli, this plan is simply unacceptable.
The American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee, known as AIPAC, claims to support a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict (one state for each people). But they’ve done nothing to oppose this move, which would make two states impossible.
Tell AIPAC not to let Bibi Netanyahu or Barack Obama put a nail in the coffin of the two-state solution.
AIPAC is the bridge between American and Israeli policy.
President Obama and his administration agree that Prime Minister Netanyahu’s plan is reckless and threatens the two-state solution, but Bibi is counting on AIPAC to keep the administration from doing anything about it.
If AIPAC cares about achieving a two-state solution, they have no choice but to speak out against this plan. Their silence is deafening.

Why is this important?
Bibi Netanyahu wants to make it impossible for Palestinians to have a state of their own. Call upon the American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) to stand up for the two-state solution they claim to support.
