Not all teachers are aware that their state pension fund includes investments in gun company stocks. Given the ongoing epidemic of school shootings in America, Albany must act to divest the New York State Teachers' Retirement System from portfolios that include gun company stocks.

Teachers are on the front lines of America's ongoing school shooting nightmare. So why should their pension funds invest in gun manufacturers? We must call on Albany to divest New York State's pension funds from gun manufacturer stock, for the sake of our teachers and children alike.
