All content shall be in English
Since computer programmers despise using HUMAN English, for such subjects as web-site set up, as well as warning the public about web-site problems,
This petition would REQUIRE that any web-site design "tools", and all other, internet content, be presented in HUMAN language. No more "What is your url(?), "platform", "seo", etc. All questions, and content, on every site, will be taylored to the HUMAN language of the user.
The public shall provide basic information, such as Name, Address, billing information, and content. It will, then be left, to the computer programmers to figure out what ONLY computer programmers understand.

Why is this important?
As a HUMAN being, I only speak, and read, HUMAN English. To me, it is totally INSULTING to have web-site creation tools tell me "It does not matter if you paid your fee's, and approved billing, until you can tell us your "url", "platform", SEO, "system integration software", and so on, your site will NOT go on-line.
All that HUMANS should have to provide, to such sites is 1) Owners name, 2) proposed site name, 3) owners billing information, 4) site content (for search engines), and agree to pay normal "hosting" fee's, to the "hosting web-site".
HUMANS should NOT be required to obtain computer programming degree's, just to have content, on-line.
HUMANS should provide basic information, and let the programmers hhandle the "coding".
