Any businesses that Observant Jewish People works at the bosses and supervisors should allow them keep the schedule and days that is fit for them because of their shabbat and Jewish Holidays. During the year Observant Jewish People should be allowed to leave early on Fridays or not come in at all, because their Shabbat in Standard time hours starts at 4:00pm and in the daylight savings time 7:00pm.
