Approve the Iran Agreement

The Obama administration and other major powers have negotiated an agreement with Iran that will prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons. We have seen Presidents who have dragged us into unnecessary wars. We should be grateful that President Obama is seeking peace instead of starting another war that would result in the death of thousands of our brave military professionals and would cost many billions of dollars that we can not afford. I request that all Georgia Senators and Representatives vote for this agreement -- for peace not war.

Why is this important?

I am a 74 year old veteran who served in the US Air Force for 28 years. I am starting this petition because I have seen my country engage in too many unnecessary wars. This agreement is the best (and perhaps the only) way to prevent a costly war with Iran.
