Ban Cesar Parra from equestrian sports FOR LIFE

If you’re like me you’re tired of people being outraged for a minute on the internet and then somehow the problem and perpetrator fading into the background and being allowed to continue what they are doing. CP is a KNOWN abuser. The evidence is CLEAR. He’s done it before and he will do it again. This abuse is swept under the rug, brushed to the side, and ignored. I will not ignore it. Let’s make our voices heard that we will not tolerate these abusers in our sport.
