Ban Plastic Bags In Washington State

If we were to do this, we would see a huge impact, and maybe even a small rise in population. Plastic bags are killing the earth. Something needs to be done soon. Let's start with Washington and get other states to join us. Once everyone sees the results from banning plastic bags, they will realize what a big impact all plastic is making in our oceans and we can all come together to make this a better planet.
