Big Value Market and BBQ / Pizzeria public nuisance petition on behalf on the 4th district community
Big Value Market and Big Market BBQ / Pizzeria on 623 and 625 69th Street, San Diego, CA 92114 is a public nuisance. The market on said property has a stench that has never left the building. The community has nicknamed the market, "stinky store." There have been numerous complaints over the years ranging from the local homeless congregating daily in said properties parking lot, expired products on shelves, cleanliness, multiple code enforcement closures and now the murder of a homeless man on said properties. Concerned citizens would like to see these concerns addressed in an expedited fashion due to the many complaints that haven’t been properly addressed over the many years. We would like to see said properties closed down immediately with the oversight of our 4th district council office and local code enforcement until the concerns of the citizens are clearly addressed. If we can find no resolution with the owners of said properties we would like to see those businesses closed permanently.
Why is this important?
The hard working people of the community deserves an establishment that respects the people of the community enough to properly clean its buildings inside and out, clear their parking lot of homeless congregating daily and service the community with dignity, safety and respect.
