Boycott Economy Rental Griffin, Georgia
This particular rental office is notorious for duplicitous customer service with racist undertones and overzealous behavior.
Why is this important?
After my insurance company total my car, I rented a car from Economy Rental Car for over a month on two different occasions. I noticed the unprofessional, the chutzpah, and the openly racist predispositions at this location. I had a bank card setup for transfers from my insurance company. Sometimes it takes 48-72 hours to transfer the payment to my card. This car rental company knew this before hand. I misplaced my phone, they tried to reach me, and unbeknownst to me the payment didn’t clear. I only owed them for two days after they have made over a thousand dollars in rental fees. Yet, I’m out of town, they picked up the vehicle without notifying me. Put gas in it at an astronomical price to steal my $150.00 deposit. This is another scheme at this branch, and this branch only, to make up loss revenues while they are slow and aren’t doing good business. This trickery and foolery is echoed by Linda the office manager and her employees. Linda displayed an unprofessional racist undertone with me. After careful research and many interviews it alarmed me, this is how they handle African-Americans in Griffin, Georgia. They have a high disregard for people of color. This type of behavior is prevalent at this office under the expert tutelage of Manager Linda. This company must send Linda back to school so she can take a course in human behavior. This whole office must be revamped and they should hire new employees; therefore, the racist notions must be nullified and they must killed the stench of openly racist presence at this location. The ghost of Jim Crow is alive and well at Economy Rental Car in Griffin Georgia. I am the pastor of a very large congregation, and this company will be the topic of each of my service perpetually. I thought Jim Crow was dead, but now, we must deal with his niece, Linda Crow, esq. She must go, we will boycott this company until they clean house at Economy Rental Car in Griffin, Georgia. Linda had the unmigated gall to say, come get your personal items, bring the key, and they will refund my card. Well, I had my $1,800 from my insurance company in the glove compartment. I tell you what, it better be there. Linda with her immature personality stole the car this morning. She is personally responsible for my money. I will have this petition signed and we will live stream the process when we deliver it to Economy Rental Car Griffin, Georgia. I am forced to do this, I will not kick the can down the road. I will not turn the other cheek. I have missed a close relative funeral because of her childish actions. This is a new form of pain and suffering. I suppose to be preaching a funeral right now, how do this make me look? I am looking unprofessional just like Linda. Linda gave me no other choice with this boycott. She got very, very rude with me.
