Bring an end to Haiti's welfare case and persistent poverty status

Immediately change US Policy impacting Haiti that now enables corrupt practices of Haiti's governance systems and enriches the Beltway Development Industrial Complex and International Aid Bureaucracies
1. Promote the rule of law, reinforce institutions, set up anti-corruption programs and enforce all applicable US Laws such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
2. Promote investment and business action plans that engender sustained and positive economic performance, massive job creation and poverty reduction,
3. Tie direct and indirect aid to Haiti to a yearly 5% to 7% growth rate in per capita income, now at $850 for 11 million people,
4. Require enforcement of the US Assessing Progress in Haiti Act of 2014, passed in July of that year with near unanimity by both chambers of Congress and signed without delay by President Obama ; and
5. Request that the US Assessing Progress In Haiti Act of 2014 be extended to 2020 at no additional cost).

Why is this important?

11 million Haitians have a per capita income of $850 while billions of taxpayer dollars are being siphoned off.
