Bring Back The Protecting Tenants In Foreclosure Act

We need to protect tenants who are living in foreclosed homes by bringing back the Tenants In Foreclosure Act which expired December 2014.
This very important Act ensured that the rental agreement between the previous landlord and current tenant of a foreclosed home would be legally honored. This Act benefits both the new landlord and current tenant for ease of transition and less litigation.

Why is this important?

My husband and I are tenants who have suffered a domino effect of bad consequences due to renting a foreclosed home. It is our greatest hope that others in our situation will not have to suffer as we currently are.
Currently there is a big scam going on where people are pretending to be property managers and agents for the new owners of foreclosed homes to extort money from unsuspecting tenants.
Please sign and share this petition to stop abuse of tenants and please bring back the Protecting Tenants In Foreclosure Act .
Thanks in advance. ~ Rev. Susan Sabella-Marsh
