Saguaro Correctional Center is a private prison run by CCA. This is just a way of bilking Hawaii taxpayers out of our hard earned money to support an oligarchy that is not answerable to the Citizens of America, let alone the Citizens of Hawaii.
I encourage Gigi to "name names" of the politicians who sold out the Hawaii Taxpayer and help them realize that placing citizens in jails run by CCA practically guarantees recidivism since the prisoner will not be provided any opportunity to refor...
