CalTrans: How many must die before traffic signal installed?

Too many pedestrians, especially kids trying to get to school, are crossing Foothill Blvd. at Sumner Ave. Cars are speeding along this corridor without caution, a child's death is imminent!

Why is this important?

I am scared that one of my son's friends may get killed crossing on Foothill Blvd. trying to get to and from school. Or one of the many homeless crossing there may get hit or killed. I have seen too many cars racing down this stretch of highway. It must STOP!!!
