We respectfully insist that each candidate for President of the United States:
(1) form and publicly discuss a set of policies to move our nation and the world away from militarism and toward stable peace;
(2) say how she or he will facilitate nuclear disarmament;
(3) say how he or she will reduce tensions between the USA, Russia, and China.
Why is this important?
Turbulence in the United States and in the world heightens the risks of armed conflict, including nuclear attacks. We have to ensure that our leaders are anti-war and pro-peace.
