The standards for probable cause a rest/ warrants issued on Florida citizens is extremely low. No investigation needs to take place for them to have a probable cause. Which leaves you guilty before being proven innocent. The bar on a probable cause in Florida needs to be raised to a better standard from corrupt enforcement agencies to a jealous neighbor could cost you and your family thousands of dollars because of how low the bar standard is set. Not to mention time spent in jail just to be found innocent. Let's raise our voices and our votes to have a more accurate standard set for OUR RIGHTS!
Why is this important?
This is important to every Florida resident as it not only cost an insane amount of monetary lose, but also results in inaccurate arrest records, jail time, attorney/bond fees. As well as over crowding our jails and straining our already over worked judicial system. Leaving a broken system that just continues to diminish.
