Change property tax due date

As part of the unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations, companies, businesses, and even the government and IRS have worked on a plan to allow pushing or changing/delaying the due dates for everything. Why are the Olmsted county doing anything similar to assist? Why not planning on payment arrangements yet? We have been off work for a month and not able to pay that property tax amount at this point.
