Change Union Square Zoning

We the undersigned support Alderman Taylor's proposal to change Union Square zoning from CCD-55 to CCD-45 and to limit the expansion of the CCD District along the Somerville Ave and McGrath Highway corridors. We also want more usable open space, reduced traffic on neighborhood streets, restricted ground floor parking, and minimum size requirements set for retail space to allow viable retail space that favors locally-owned businesses.
