Local officials protecting abusers rather than the abused, this must stop!
Why is this important?
Child abuse. Law enforcement, attorneys, social services are not equipped to properly handle domestic and child abuse. They are reading from a Manuel and do not understand the absolute fear and control the abuser has. A social worker or guardian ad litem should have expierenced this fear. In rural counties everyone knows everyone and the GAL should be from out of the county to be protected and un-biased.
