I think the government should pay all child support and then collect to repay themselves instead of the single moms; they'd be a whole more motivated to get the money than they are now.
Why is this important?
Too many deadbeat dads and too little support enforcement action by government means too many women trying to raise children with too little money. This impacts us all as these children will grow up to be our future.
