Child Support Laws are not fair!

Change the laws to allow for correction of child support arrearages that have been paid regardless of time elapsed or regardless of judgments saying otherwise! Allow ALL provable or official payments made for child support to be accepted into the records of both the court and the attorney general's office regardless of how long ago they were made and regardless of whether or not there is a current incorrect judgement saying that the payments were not paid. Also, allow the over-paid amounts to be required to be paid back to the person who over-paid them by the recipient of those payments in the same way regular child support payments are made including the applicable interest.
