Change the child support system so that if a parent is 6 months or more behind on paying child support in any state they are unable to receive government grants and student loans til they are current on their child support.
Why is this important?
I believe that it is highly unfair that parents who are behind 6 months or more on child support can still receive money to go back to school when the other parent who is solely being responsible for the child is unable to do so therefore let's change it.
