When you aligned yourself with Speaker Michael J. Madigan, specifically your support for him as Chair of Democratic Party of Illinois, you aligned yourself against the progressives and independents who are trying to reform the party.
Also, your campaign in 2015 was not executed well.
And there are concerns with how you and your inner circle treat women who are active in Democratic Party politics.
