A basic stipend paid out in the same amount to each citizen of the USA.
Why is this important?
America should institute a Citizen’s Stipend. This would allow us to discard unemployment compensation, disability payments, welfare, food stamps and eventually Social Security. It would also be a major step in eliminating homelessness. It would reduce the debt load for those who wish to get a college education. And many other advantageous effects.
