Class Action Lawsuit Against The Failed Enforcement of Marijuana Prohibition
I support the invocation of the enactment of a class action lawsuit on behalf of all Americans, nationwide, directed towards those who continue to enforce unscientific, unconstitutional, and unjust marijuana prohibition laws. The time has come to put and end to this uneccesary government abuse on millions of American citizens.
Why is this important?
It is time to invoke the enactment of a class action lawsuit on behalf of all Americans, nationwide, directed towards those who continue to enforce unscientific, unconstitutional, and unjust marijuana prohibition laws. With the majority of Americans, scientists, and doctors in favor of legalization, the time has come to take action against those responsible for this nonsensical calamity. No American should be persecuted, nor should they be prosecuted, for engaging in marijuana usage whether is be for medicinal or recreational purposes. There is no shortage of scientific evidence supporting the reasoning behind the enactment of this lawsuit; any responsible government official who enforces any law that denies science in favor of unfactual and bias untruths is a direct cause of permanent distrust of government. No American should fear nor should they distrust the government; it is the government who should fear the American people. We must end this ineffective and redundant government abuse on millions Americans and their families; these people are not criminals, nor do they pose or present any dangers to themselves or the general public. Every American should be afforded the same rights no matter the state in which they reside; ending marijuana prohibition is the only way to assure that no Americans are subjected to political harassment. We must not allow our government to take advantage of, destroy, or devastate even one more American life. Let us enact a class action lawsuit against the United States Attorney General Jefferson Beauregard Sessions and all government personnel who share responsibility in the continuous enforcement of cannabis prohibition.
