Class Action Lawsuit
We the people on behalf of Presidential Candidate, Bernard "Bernie" Sanders, hereby declare a Class Action Lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee and all involved State, Federal and Local officials including polling officials, volunteers and outside companies, acting on or in their behalf aiding and abetting are also complicit to the terms of this lawsuit in accordance to the law on the basis of Election Fraud believed to be perpetrated by the DNC and other complicit officials.
Why is this important?
Based on U.N. standards for fair elections discrepancies of margin of error of votes to exit polls suggest election fraud being 99.2% likely, with other points to back this up as well with unexplained poll closings, voter suppression, and insufficient voting data leading to returned or uncounted ballots. We are filing a petition for this lawsuit as the officials are believed to be in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 595.Interference by administrative employees of Federal, State, or Territorial Governments and are subject to the penalties of up to 1 year in prison and hefty fines.
