Collin Kaepernick for Muhammad Ali humanitarian award in sports
I would like to recognize Mr. Collin Kaepernick and nominate for the humanitarian award he has sacrificed his career and put his future on the line for people he doesn’t even know. This was the right thing to do and a conscious decision for the greater good. I have been stopped by police so many times and my tags run that my children spot the police before I do. I have threatened at gun point in my own yard, had nigger written in black paint in my drive way and had the police called on me 20 sometimes because my white neighbor’s didn’t want living there, I know how it feels to be discriminated against
Why is this important?
This racism has to stop, so many people have died, yet it continues, by police and private citizens. There has to be an end to this disgraceful behavior, and people of all races have to come together and stop this practice and behavior before it gets worse.
