Change back the SS check/deposit wording to "Social Security check/deposit and make it illegal to call it by any other name.
Why is this important?
There is great mistrust of Congress regarding it's veiled intentions to make Americans think that Social Security is part of the Federal budget
when, instead, it is a self-sustaining Trust Fund, not to be tinkered with. Recently, new wording on SS checks and direct deposits now call it "Federal Benefit Payment/Entitlement" which is incorrect and deliberately misleading. SS is an Earned Benefit, legally withheld from our paychecks.
