Demand Congress re-enact the law imposing a 10-year statute of limitation on the government's ability to seek repayment for small government debts. Adult children have to pay it back! The IRS withholds their tax refunds, as little at $179.00.

Why is this important?

Why are we charging the children of the poor and disabled for benefits that their parents received and spent? This is insanity! Start taxing the rich and stop this grand theft. It's undignified for the "greatest nation on earth" to go after these petty sums. These people are not wealthy and did not even receive the benefits for which they have been charged. The law abhors unjust enrichment, and this is the epitome of injustice.
