Before any decision is made to involve US armed forces in foreign conflicts , a public discussion and review should occur.
Why is this important?
Since WW2 , the USA has engaged in numerous foreign conflicts,usually without the explicit approval of Congress.
I ask that Congress live up to its duties and responsibilities as written in the Constitution.
