"Congress:Restart services in Havana"

Tha White House decided to withdraw 60% of their staff in the US Embassy in Havana after some misterious "sonic attacks" to US personnel, which the US admits was not done by the Cuban authorities and they do not even know how and through which technology these attacks were carried out! Al science fiction! but the result is that thousands of Cuban families waiting to be reunited can no longer do it because there is no personnel to issue the visas. The situation is now worse than when there were no official diplomatic relations! At least then there was a US Interest Section in Havana which would carry out all of the consular work. Bring back the consular services to the US Embassy in Havana so that the families of American citizens and legal residents can be reunited!
