Curbing and blacktop
Blacktop and put in curbs on our street of the fifteen hundred block of Monroe street.
Why is this important?
My family and myself have been trying to get the city of Quincy to finish the road between Fifteenth and sixteenth streets on Monroe for as long as we have been at this address.
I was told that the only way to get blacktop on our street was to have curbs and the only way to get that was to petition the city for it with all the names from the block to sign it.
