It's time to end "No-Bid Contracts" in Iraq and Afghanistan. "No-Bid Contracts" for Haliburtan and QE (formally Blackwater) is not true Capitalism--it's "Fixed Capitalism." Cutting these contracts would bring down the deficit; and this money could be better spent on fixing America's infrastructure, thus creating badly needed jobs for Americans! We need to put "Country First!"
