All fathers unable to pay their child support, must submit a detailed fee schedule of their day to day financial living along with 3 different pieces of mail. Example: Tax Return, Phone, Medical Ins., Detailed Bank Statement or Car Ins. They should also have to answer how and when they purchased a car, cell phone, the amount of all monthly bills, rent, how often they pay for dates and and entertainment. If they are home owners... mothers are allowed to put a lien on all said properties force a liquidation loan and allowed to file for bank levies.

This will control welfare spending, men having the option of moving from place to place, grandparents supporting grown fathers and it will force men to stay gainfully employed and remain future tax payers .
