Deadbeat parents who have neglected their financial obligation to their child/ren should Not be entitled to Free Legal representation through Legal Aide or its equivalent. The custodial parent or the minor child should be provided the legal care. TAXPAYERS should not have to bear any cost to help a DeadBEAT parent.
Why is this important?
It is outlandish and outrageous that Dead Beat parents get away with such limited consequence not paying for their children. But, it is equally outlandish and unacceptable that a DeadBeat be provided with free legal services to help exonerate he/she from the obligation of supporting his/her child.
