More than 60,000 Palestinians have been killed over the past 22 months. 92% of homes have been destroyed. Millions of people have been made completely reliant on humanitarian aid for shelter, food, and medical care.
Earlier this year, Israel blocked nearly all food supplies from entering Gaza, leading to widespread famine. And ongoing restrictions and combat operations make it dangerous for the United Nations to safely intervene.

Why is this important?
